Where?

In London, almost three years, where some individual liberties, thanks to a liberal tradition, are still present, or at least at the moment. Until there will be more individual responsibility left, more freedom than in other countries, and at least a couple of jazz and electronic concerts a week, this is the place to be. Otherwise, we’ll find somewhere else to go to avoid or minimize the impact of the enforcement of the monopoly on violence.
